• Additional work requested outside the quotation will be charged separately.

3. Material & Workmanship

• We use quality materials suitable for Engineering and metal fabrication works.
• Minor variations in color, finish, or texture may occur depending on material type.
• All works are completed with professional workmanship standards.

4. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide proper site access for installation and project execution.
• Electricity and necessary permissions should be arranged by the client if required.
• Clients must inspect and approve the work upon completion.

5. Warranty & Maintenance

• Warranty is applicable only for manufacturing defects.
• Damages caused by misuse, accidents, weather conditions, or improper maintenance are not covered.
• Regular maintenance is recommended for long-lasting durability.

6. Cancellation Policy

• Advance payments are non-refundable once material procurement has started.
• Cancellation after work commencement may incur additional charges.

7. Safety & Compliance

• All Engineering and fabrication works are performed following standard safety practices.
• VEENUS ENGINEERING is not responsible for damages caused by unauthorized modifications after project completion.
